My Son Sanctuary is a large complex of religious relics that comprises more than 70 architectural works. Located in a narrow valley in Duy Xuyen District, Quang Nam Province, about 70 km southwest of Da Nang and around 40 km from Hoi An Ancient Town. My Son is a complex of Cham temple towers from the Champa Kingdom and an important archaeological site that reflects the region’s cultural and architectural history. UNESCO recognized My Son Sanctuary as a World Heritage Site in December 1999.
