- Under 5 years old: free of charge, sharing the same room with the parents and utilizing the existing bed (maximum 1 child).
- From 5 to under 11 years old: 75% of adult charge, sharing the same room with the parents and utilizing the existing bed or using the extra bed
- From 12 years old: 100% of adult charge
- More than 07 days prior to check-in: free of charge
- From 06 to 04 days prior to check-in: 50% of total rates
- Less than 03 days prior to check-in: 100% of total rates.
- No-Show: 100% of total rates.
- Cancellation notice must be in written form and send to us via email. Refund will be processed between 5-7 business days.
- Check in on board: 12:10-12:20pm
- Check out: 11:15-11:35am
- Return Hanoi: 14:30-15:00pm
- The FOC rate for children under 4 years old is applicable for 1 (one) child sharing a cabin with 2 (two) adults. Only 1 (one) child under 4 years old
- traveling with two (2) adults is allowed for FOC per cabin.
- Children from 4-11 will pay extra charge as mentioned.
- Children 11 and above must pay full fare as adult.
- A compulsory surcharge of US$50/ adult will be applied for the following days for Gala Dinner:
- Christmas Eve (24th December, 2025)
- New Year’s Eve (31st December, 2025)
- Shuttle bus: $20/person (adults and children round trip Hanoi – Ha Long – Hanoi).
